If you are not completely satisfied with a product, NuTech will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 14 days of the sale date, except as noted below.
Desktop systems, notebook systems, printers, scanners, video cards, motherboards, hard drives, optical drives, CPUs, and memory can be exchanged or refunded within seven (7) days of the sale date.
All parts and accessories are subject to a fifteen (15) percent restocking fee if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. All computer systems (desktop, notebook, etc) are subject to a fifteen (15) percent restocking fee.
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
All sales are final for Software, music, games, and movies. If damaged, they may be exchanged for the same title.
All sales are final for parts designated as Special Order.
Charges for any of type labor or services are nonrefundable after the services have been performed. Deposits on orders, shipping, or insurance are nonrefundable.
Refunds for purchases made with cash over fifty (50) dollars, check, or money order will be returned fourteen (14) days after the purchase date via a check by mail. Refunds for purchases made with credit card will be credited to the same card used for the original purchase. Refunds for purchases made with cash, fifty (50) dollars and under will be returned via cash at the time the item is returned.
